7. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for:

- Providing accurate information about the property, existing systems, known issues, and any access restrictions.

8. Specialist Trades and Third-Party Requirements

- F-Gas certified engineers for refrigerant-containing systems.

- No fixed-price guarantee is implied unless confirmed in a written quotation that has been accepted.
- No guarantee against future faults, failures, or system issues following works is implied.
- No insurance approval, manufacturer approval, warranty, or workmanship guarantee is implied unless specifically confirmed in writing.
11. Limitation of Liability
